Job Compatibility
Assessment Survey

When you and your job have the same working style,
your success rate increases dramatically.

What is a working style?
A working style is a preference of how you like to work. For example, if you are a person who enjoys a fast pace then a job that has a relaxed pace will cause you to lose interest.

How to complete this form:

There are twenty-one boxes of words or statements. Rank the 4 words or statements per box from A to D according to how each word or statement best describes you. (The first answer that comes to your mind is probably the best.)

  A   =    most descriptive behavior
  B   =    second most descriptive behavior
  C   =    third most descriptive behavior
  D   =    least descriptive behavior

There should be one A, one B, one C and one D per box.

For example

competitive   C
positive   A
calm   B
cooperative   D

Please note that ranking a word with a ?D? does necessarily not mean that word or statement does not describe you, it only means that the other 3 words or statements better describes the way you behave more often. In this example, the person may be Cooperative 80% of the time.
